Don’t Need Saving: Aboriginal Women and Access to Justice

Props to Mike Barber, a comrade of mine and a friend of the Uhuru Movement in Toronto for doing the camera and editing work on this video. Also, props to Krysta Nyshn a good friend of mine from when we were both at the University of Waterloo together and involved in the campus Native community. She a hard working indigenous feminist and is involved with the Native Youth Sexual Health Network (NYSHN), a North-America wide organization working on issues of healthy sexuality, cultural competency, youth empowerment, reproductive justice, and sex positivity by and for Native youth. Also featured quite extensively is the art work of Erin Marie Konsmo, another hard working sister at NYSHN.
